It seems to fit big/long. The Velcro is toward the bottom of the shorts, so is around knee length (right where the shin guards go to). Just wish the Velcro was a little higher up so it could hold the socks up better. But, it still works great! Haven’t had any issues with socks falling off Velcro. Quality is very good.

*****UPDATED*****I have raised my score on this. The manufacturer contacted me after the below review and replaced the strap for free. I've been using it for a while and the quality is much better, with no wear at all. I had, apparently, gotten a defective one and my original strap was not the rule on the quality of the product. I now highly recommend it.********************************************************ORIGINAL REVIEW**********************************************************I would love to give this five stars on the cup alone. I'm a bigger man who started judo at the ripe old age of 42. I had started with a cup that came with compression shorts as the only thing that I could find that would fit me. As I lost weight, they compression shorts became anything BUT, and the cup slid all over the place while sparring. My coach recommended a cup with a jock strap as soon as possible and this was the first one that had a size (XXXL) that would fit me at that point. And it does fit very well. The cup feels comfortable. I really like it. The reason for the three-star rating is the quality of the supporter. I've literally washed the thing three times (and I air dry it, rather than using the dryer) and it is already fraying. It should last longer than that.

So, after a couple hours of wearing this the inner fabric seems to shift and become less comfortable. I've been kicked with this a few times and it has held up. Never gas gotten in the way of kicks. So it is decent, I for sure would not wear it all day, but for a couple hours it is good. And having owned a couple other products similar to this - this is the best one I've owned

It's a good solid cup. however it's way too small for me

Your product meets my needs but there is one flaw with it. The webbing on the cup comes loose from the waistband. It appears that the thread is inferior. The material is not torn, but where it attachs to the waist band(upper cup) has come unsewn. I have purhased 4 of them in the last 6 weeks and 2 of them have shown this trait. Other than this I have no problem with your product. In fact it serves my well.

It offered some protection, but wasn't comfortable and didn't last. The straps were fraying after just 2 softball games. The "XL" cup is a little on the small side too, things were cramped.

Been wearing it for a month now, no issues.Good Quality
