Locking bag no good without the keys to it!
Bag was sent with no keys absolutely useless to me. I will return it. If I could give no stars I would.

Almost Perfect
This is a quality bag, and I am pleased with the purchase. Though the usable dimensions (exterior) are 9x13", I can barely fit my 8-1/2x11" Notary Record book in it (barely because it requires angling it to put it in, and even so, the corners of the book rub the bag, which causes damage to the corners). This is due to the amount of space the lock - which is heavy and of quality construction - takes up in the opening. If the bag would have been an inch larger in both directions to more easily fit an 8.5x11" item and if it had a YKK zipper, it would be absolutely perfect.That said, when this wears out - which, based on the overall quality will be quite some time from now - I would likely purchase the same item as a replacement. At the end of the day, the bag is great. It's just a bit small for what I need, and a YKK zipper would be ideal.

Not impressive
We bought this as a gift for my niece to store her small valuables out of access to her 13 year old son. In a very short while, he was able to break one of the handles at a joint. I think he would have gotten into the bag itself before much more time passed. We were not impressed.
