See below for my updated review after I was sent a replacement set which corrected the previous shortcomings.--------- Original review --------The charger and batteries work. However, the batteries are falsely labeled as 3600 mAH. I tested them using an Opus BT-C3400 battery analyzer/tester, and their true capacity was only 1800 mAH. Buyer beware.--------- Updated 8/13/2016 --------The seller sent me a replacement set of batteries which tested within 97% of advertised capacity which I consider very reasonable. See the included photo of the test readings from my battery tester. The tester charges the batteries to their full capacity, hitting 4.2V, then discharges them down to 3.2V with a load of 1000 mA. It measures how many mAh it was able to discharge going from full charge down to the low voltage cutoff.The batteries in the 2 left slots were the original pair which I received. They measured at 1800 mAh, only half the advertised capacity.The batteries in the 2 right slots were the replacements which were sent to me, and they measure at a very reasonable 3500 mAh. I'm satisfied with the replacements. In light of this, I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. If the original batteries had been 3500 mAh, I would have rated it 5 stars.

So far, so good! Slight charge on one of the batteries when I received it. The other one is completely dead. I'm using these for my Sofirn SF36 LED Powerful 1100 Lumens Flashlight. I don't care about how long it takes for them to charge so I'll update this if I come across any issues with the battery. Worth the price. I did, however, notice that I can charge one battery at a time, unlike most rechargers that required to have both batteries inserted at the same time.

I love to leave positive feedback on a product when it is warranted. This product is definitely worthy. These batteries charge up to 4.3 volts, and hold their charge very well. Once in the charger it took approx. 7 hours to charge but this is normal for Iith batteries as they have to charge at a slower rate. As far as usage, I have them in the HeloTex G4 light which I have used on for 10 minutes every hour for the last 8 hours and they have not dimmed at all. I have yet to do a full on test to see how many minutes before dimming but I know it will be a long time. Great product. Saves alot of money over buying 123 batteries, which cost anywhere from .90 cents to $1.50 for good ones. I will buy more and keep some in the boat, truck, car, jeep, camper, awesome product.

I'm happy with this charger and battery. I bought this to power my "PromethFire Powerful Led Flashlight 5 Modes Black 800 Lumens Cree Xml- T6 Water Resistant Camping Torch". It charges fast! The batteries are larger than AA batteries and are unique to certain flashlights. I am happy that I ordered this outright brand. When You buy something that needs batteries, make sure you check what kind it takes because when I got my flashlight It did not use typical size batteries and I had to order this and wait to use my flashlight I wish this was clearer when I ordered the light. Just check first!.

I enjoyed this little charger and these batteries so much, I purchased them twice. They do a great job charging the batteries, they don't get too hot while charging, and the LED indicators do a great job of letting you know when the batteries have completed charging. For those wondering, yes, you can charge one or two batteries at the time, either way works perfectly fine. I use the batteries to power my Cree LED flashlight, and they work well as promised.

We ordered these batteries for some solar lights that we have mounted on our rainspout to light up our front porch entryway....mainly for the UPS man delivering my Amazon packages at night. (LOL) We charged them, installed them and they do the job well. I was going to order new solar lights because they weren't really expensive BUT this was a much better alternative as I try not to be wasteful. Good job outlite!

The batteries and charger are both excellent products. What I like most is how easy the charger is to use and the fact that it works like a charm; exactly as it is intended. I use the batteries with a flashlight I bought earlier on Amazon. I really love being able to charge the batteries instead of going out to buy new ones. I would recommend this product for it's durability, usefulness, and cost.

Getting 2 batteries with the charger is really great. It always seems the battery is half dead when you need to use a flashlight--with 2 spares, I can swap them out in seconds. The ability to charge one battery at a time is very convenient, all of my other battery chargers require that I charge the batteries in pairs.
