Arrived bent
This lip balm arrived sealed (yay!) so it wasn't tampered with but the end was 'smooshed' way over to the side. It seemed slightly melted; I don't count on it lasting too much longer. Might be a better purchase in the drugstore? I love NYX; some of my favorite purchases have been from this brand but the price point is too high for a lip balm crayon which melted waxiness seems to indicate a very temporary usage. If I am mistaken, I will update my review!Positively, the colour is quite lovely: perfect for fall.

Nice Fall Color
Nice Fall, wine-colored lip balm. Reminds me of Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey. Does not dry-out lips.

Very patchy shade
Formulation is OK - not drying although its a matte finish and transfer proof. Only issue I have with this particular shade is the patchiness requiring 2-3 swipes to get full opacity. Even then, after some time the lipstick starts looking patchy. To be fair to NYX, almost all lipstick brands’ find this brownish-plum shade difficult not to be patchy (even a few high end brands that I have are also patchy). I’d like to try the other shades as price is quite pocket friendly and is almost 40% cheaper than the Revlon ones.
