I use this once a week and I have not had a single acne outbreak since I’ve been using it over the last two (YES 2) years. It is expensive but remember you only need to use it once a week. It lasts me at least six months. I’m in my 50’s and my skin looks great. Use care when you take this out for the first time. Don’t scrub your face too hard. It works best if you apply it to a dry face with dry hands. (I believe the directions say just that too) So wash and dry your hands before you apply the scrub. Then rinse and dry your hands before you apply the liquid. I like to use it in the shower because it’s just easier. I absolutely love how this clears my pores. I think the product is worth every penny. I do not spend a lot of money on face products or cosmetics, but I will always pay for something that keeps my skin clear. I highly recommend this set.

I've been using this product for years. The crystals are very fine and when applied do a great job of sluffing off the dead skin cells on your face. Leaves your face brighter and softer. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.

This product is very nice, but I have yet to be convinced it's worth the high cost. I've used it twice so far, and my sensitive skin has handled it easily. No "peel" occurs, but a gentle exfoliation that does leave my skin feeling insanely soft, and my lines diminished; since I'm 46, and my skin is in good shape, with no acne or scarring, I'm not sure how extreme the results are supposed to be; I'd say they are subtle. I certainly see an increased radiance, as if I've gotten a really great nights sleep, and had all the water I am supposed to drink on a daily basis :). If this is the desired effect, then It's doing it's job, and I believe I will purchase this again as I'm able to. I will probably space out the used more often than some people might and intersperse my other exfoliation products which are less pricy. Also I should note, I leave the mask on for more than three minutes, and in my target zone (forehead) where I have some lines, I do more massaging of the products; this does provide a more intense result than the recommended 3 minutes, and I've had zero trouble. It's overall a very pleasant product with a nice orange smell, and I've had no unpleasant burning or irritation. My cousin recommended this to me, and she loves it; I believe her recommendation is correct.

I have always suffered from acne since I was a pre-teen. Although it is not severe, it is enough to make me feel self conscious, especially as an adult. My dermatologist recommended Cetaphil for my sensitive skin and I had been using that for several years but I always noticed that no matter how much I washed my face, my acne would never go away completely. I remember my roommate using the simple one step face wash in college (years ago) and since she is someone who always took care of her skin, I thought I'd try this brand too and I am SO glad I did! My face has cleared up and looks so much better. My skin is not only softer, but it is brighter, clearer, and just looks much more improved. My husband has even started using this face wash in the shower and he has mentioned how much cleaner his face feels and how much softer his skin is (this is coming from someone who has never used face wash). I have sensitive skin and I pair this with the simple one step cleanser in the morning and use the exfoliating cleanser at night.

I switched to this product after using RF products for 2.5 years; I have combination skin. This product has a very fine grain, but does not scratch the skin. “Buff” is a good description of how it feels. The product has a slight citrus scent, but is not overwhelming at all. After using the product, your skin feels soft and clean, but not the dry, squeaky feeling you get with acid cleansers. I do feel like this product is great for the “base” layer of skin, but is not as helpful with breakouts. When I’ve had a breakout, I’ll use a salicylic cleanser for one or two washes to speed the recovery of that. If you are suffering from ongoing acne, I don’t think this should be your regular use product. If you’re happy with the condition of your skin and are looking for a maintenance cleanser, I think this is a great option. I use this product with Dermalogica multi-active toner, which I also love.

I bought this, even with the amount it costs, at the suggestion of a friend. Her skin is always so soft and looks fresh and clean. She recommended this and I was able to try some of hers prior to this purchase. It works so well, does not leave marks on my face, doesn't hurt my skin during or after use, and I am satisfied completely with this. Would recommend it even for those with sensitive skin, as I have sensitive skin and it works wonders.

This product is amazing for my skin! Three times and I feel like my skin is glowing for real. I had lots of sun this summer and this scrub has sluffed off the top layer of sun damaged skin seriously diminishing any starting wrinkles. If you’re questioning if this will help your skin , the answer is YES! It will help all skin types. It will also last a long time. Very little is needed each time you use it. I count down the days until I get to use it again. I’m about once or twice a week.
