Blueberry Flavoring Extract - TTB-Approved Natural Flavoring for Baked Goods - Beverages - Non-GMO - Kosher - Vegan - 4 oz

This tastes great in my white tea iced teas I brew. Tried the blackberry and it was horrible. Just note that this is not sweetened, not a syrup. I don't like my tea sweetened so this was perfect. Making my own blueberry white teas is way cheaper than the tazo berry blossom tea I bags I used to order (which is discontinued).

I used the OliveNation Blueberry and Mango extracts for flavoring the topping of some conchas I baked, and they were both highly effective flavorings and worked very well. The blueberry tasted just like a blueberry muffin, and the mango was a hit! The flavor held up just fine throughout baking and the topping was wonderfully fruity. Picture is of Mango/Maple ones but imagine the same thing but blue.

A lot of flavor. I put 1/4 tsp into just under one gallon of wine and it was way too much. I will try 1/8 next time. It does have a nice flavor.

this extract has a great blueberry flavor that you can taste in the pastry you are making.

This Blueberry extract will add a richness and depth to all baked goods with blueberries! Does not taste fake!

Smells wonderful however tastes terrible. This has a heavy heavy alcohol flavor even in the smallest amounts. I've tried it in coffee, chocolate truffles, and cak e. It ruined the taste of EVERYTHING I tried it in. I even put one single drop into a pot of coffee and ended up dumping the coffee down the drain. This stuff is terrible tasting No matter what I put this stuff in I could taste the bitter chemical taste the alcohol leaves behind. This is not a blueberry flavor that I desire, it is now in the trash and I will be looking for something that is truly natural and not extracted with chemicals.

My daughter requested a blueberry cake for her birthday. I've made a great strawberry cake before, and decided to use the same recipe here. I used some reduced blueberry puree in the batter, but also some of this extract. When I added the extract to the batter, the smell was almost overpowering (like I almost felt sick), but the cake tasted fabulous and not overpowering at all. (Note on blueberry cake: maybe add food coloring - my cake was definitely gray!)
