This stuff is SO good. It's found in a grocery store near the soy sauce. (I was visiting my sis in Missouri and couldn't find it there, so got it online). I've been trying to lose some weight and didn't want to use my usual ranch dressing and when I found this, it was all I needed for my salads. When I get a little fancy, I combine this, a few teaspoons of dill pickle juice (better than you might think), some olive oil, and occasionally, some olive tapanade. Put it in a jar in the fridge and shake before using. Lots of taste, low in calories.

Umami in a bottle
Can't live without this product. It adds umami to everything, so much tastier than regular soy sauce. I regularly cook with it and am happy that is readily available in most supermarkets. But $8/(3)10oz bottles delivered with Prime saves me a trip at a decent price point. This is a good buy and a chef's best friend.

Good product, wish it came in larger sizes
Good product. The quality is pretty good as far as that goes, the ingredients and flavor are all pretty good. Not the same as home made but certainly good enough for 99% of things.Wish it came in larger container sizes. Looked around but this size/quantity was the lowest unit price on Amazon.

wonderful addition to broccoli sauté
I use ponzu in my homemade salad dressing. It is quite different from soy and my favorite use is to sprinkle on broccoli while cooking in wok with vegetable oil. You don't need anything else although I often add a little toasted sesame oil too. Really excellent product. It is now a staple in my pantry.

Makes salads, fish and chicken taste delicious
What more could you want? A food that is not fattening but makes healthy salads taste great. Something that goes well with all sorts of Asian food and any kind of sashimi or grilled fish and chicken (well I haven't tried them all, but it would seem to so far).Bear in mind that it has no fat, so you will want to add a little oil on your salad as some vitamins are only fat soluble and so your 'healthy' salad without some source of fat does you far less good.I am downgrading my review because it contains gluten and is one of the many things I have discovered have been making me sick for decades. There is no reason to rely on wheat in the soy sauce that goes into this. There are plenty of non-wheat-involved soy sources (if you'll parden the pun).

Delightful alternative to soy sauce
I was told that due to migraines I was unable to have soy sauce. This is a great alternative and have not noticed any issues as of yet with migraines caused by sauces that are fermented with this sauce. It has a lovely flavor and a LOT less salt than soy sauce. I highly recommend it.
