Great hat!! The back strap tucked into the hat which is great!!!

I was surprised best hat ever. This hat comes pre-stomped, beat, torn, and run over by a Tank, ready to wear. No need to drag this behind your pick-up for miles n miles, have the local motorcycle club stomp on it, all ready done for you. I love it, great hat, and it is brand new, look like I beat it up, and is ten years old out of the package. Buy it, as I hate a brand new cap, that is, well brand new, you have to break it in, this one is done for you. I give this thumbs up, FIVE stars. Wish it came in "grey", but who cares, in a month this black one may fade.

Nice cap, but not really "Operator" standards. Big logo on the side, the front portion is fairly tall, which makes it difficult to fully set it on your head and wear sunglasses at the same time. If you set it fully on your head, the front portion is longer than most caps, so it crushes the bill down on your sunglasses . Also, the bill is about a quarter inch shorter than my actual ops cap I wore in Afghanistan, making it difficult to block the sun. Overall, a sturdy design, and a decent look, but I wanted an actual ops cap, and this isn't it.

I have a large head, usually a 7 5/8 depending on the hat. Fits great, and I really like the way it looks. The distressing is perfect. Bought another one in a different color because I liked the fit and look so much.

By far my favorite hat. The distressed look if just right, and the adjustable strap on the back makes the hat for for anything.The American flag does have Velcro, so you add a patch onto that, if you want.

It's surprisingly a well constructed hat for the price. However, overall I paid $21.04 including the shipping costs and taxes. New Era hats can run around 30 USD.Size runs a little large for my 6 7/8 sized head, and I had too much space in the top of the hat to feel comfortable wearing it. There are more dimensions to a head than circumference, and hat designers should be aware of this. I had to wash it and tumble dry it for an hour twice to shrink it to a comfortable size. Luckily it's made of 100% cotton and thus shrinkable. It held up well in the washer and dryer with no damage, but did wrinkle and required ironing.The distress on the hat might need some modification, I used a cigarette lighter to burn off annoying excess fiber from the distressed spots.It is not structured and can form dents in the front of the hat as a result.The American flag icon makes me feel like a right winger, unfortunately that is the political climate we live in, so the American flag isn't a neutral symbol even in the states. Considering the mass incarceration in the states, the superfluous amount of laws, over-sentencing of the convicted, expunging due process (rape shield laws and using contradictory accusations as fact stronger than forensic evidence (Weinstein case), and manipulating the convicted into accepting a plea deal, an imaginary and costly war on drugs that leaves many ill without proper medication, militarized police forces who operate with no system of checks and balances to deter corruption, cruel use of solitary confinement on inmates, police brutality, and a terrible health care system that leaves many Americans uninsured, it is sometimes difficult to wear a hat with an American flag on it.

So, I am sort of torn on this one. I like the hat but delivery was a little odd. I ordered the hat on a Sunday deliver confirmed for that upcoming Wednesday. Not two day shipping as stated but fine...whatever. Well Wednesday comes and goes...no hat. I decide Thursday morning that I will cancel the order because I couldn't get actual status of my order from anyone. Almost 8 hours after I canceled the order I get a shipping notification email. The hat arrived the next day a little after noon, one day shipping. I am not sure if this was an Amazon issue or something else. In all its not a huge issue, just mediocre service. As for the Hat seems to be made of good material and it fits great. Should last a long time.

The hat did not come in pre crushed it actually came inside of a rectangle box well preserved and ready to be wore, it fits and feels amazing the only thing i would say about this product, is wearing sunglasses at the same time is a bit of a struggle but you can still make it work and having that out of the way i would definitely get another one
