Q: Would the medium size be acceptable for EasyJet?

Dear friend, thank you for your question. I checked the EasyJet's hand luggage regulations again before answer you, the EasyJet cabin luggage parameters which is 56cm x 45cm x 25cm. So this medium size suitcase(66cm x 45cm x 26cm) is not acceptable for EasyJet. The other small cabin suitcase(55cm x 38cm x 20cm) is acceptable for EasyJet. Hope that will help you.

Q: How to set up the code to lock ?

There is a manual to help you but I think you set it to 000 then pull the lock until it cannot be pulled any more and set your desired code. Release the lock and that’s it

Q: Although this is a hard case can you advise if it is rigid or if is there is flexibility?

I feel it is rigid I brought 3 for my grandsons and they all love them 19 to 11 in age

Q: Is the carry on suitcase suitable for virgin airways?

Go on to the Virgin website and you will find the size and weight of hand luggage allowed. I have only used it on the TUI airline.
