My physical therapist encouraged me to order this on my painful knees.....it is very effective (a little smelly but it works!).

I found this the best vicks out of all the other vicks. This is better than tiger balm. I put a very small amount on sides of my forehead. In five minutes I am back to normal. It's super strong therefore I use a very small amount and last forever. Make sure not to put close to your eyes. I bought a package and distributed my friends and family. They all like it.

A must have for any athlete. I'm a retired ballerina & I still deal with occasional aches and pains, this is my go to, unlike tiger balm (the orange one) it does not stain my skin or clothing and if I accidentally get it in my eye, it is not nearly as painful. Super lightweight to throw in my purse, I bought this product in June and still have not made it half way through the pack of twenty.

I noticed I had less pain over time. I wear a disposable glove and gently massage the sore areas on my foot, ankle, and leg. The improvement is greater than I have had with other products and therapies including costly and ineffective physical therapies. I gave some of these to my elderly mom for use on her lower back and she thinks it's helping her too.
