I received this a couple months ago. Yes it is a bit stiff when brand new. Yes the bullets are hard to get in and out when brand new.However i have treated the leather a few times with Niedsfoot oil and have been using the belt and working the stiffness out of it. It is very, very well made and loosening up nicely. What do you expect with brand new leather? I prefer the shells being a bit tight. Who wants to lose shells???Looks like it will last for years...
