While the pair was exactly as pictured and described in terms of color and style, the actual shoes had many little flaws and marks all over them. There was a blue stain that looked like color transfer from fabric, many little dark scuffs around the inside and outside, and on the top of the foot/round toe area was a visible mark compared to a pen or pencil line. They were not comfortable in terms of staying on your feet, there isn’t much to the insole besides the lining material. Theres not a centimeter of cushion. They did serve their purpose, as I was using them for Snow Whites costume. It’s a shame they were flawed, but for the price and last pair, I guess I should have known there would be some inconvenience.

Yes, the quality of this shoe is not superb, but it is made really well for the price point. It has minor flaws but none were deal breakers. The shoe is so freakin cute and the silhouette is everything. I love that the ribbon is removable so you can replace with any color. The packing was really nice.

I’ve received so many compliments on these shoes! They took a couple days of wear to fully break in, but are now quite comfortable. The heels are very sturdy (I’m 5’8/140-150lbs).I have an abnormal obsession with shoes….like more than 100 pairs owned, and these are definitely in my top 10.

Not much in the way of arch support, however, with an insert, they are great. They fit well and are comfortable.

For the purposes I bought them for-attending a Christmas concert with my grandmother-these shoes worked perfectly and matched my dress that had bow details at the sleeves. The velveteen look made the shoes seem much pricier than they were. I would definitely purchase again if given the choice.That said, in my use of them I walked to and from a car into a restaurant and to and from a car into a symphony hall and walked a bit around the hall. I could see that with walking, the bow loosened and so did the support from the shoes. If you are needing these shoes for an event where you will be standing or not doing hours of walking (like at work) they would be perfect. My feet did not hurt after wearing them from 5pm-10pm and doing the walking, sitting, and standing as I described above. But, if you were buying these for work at a job where you are in a large office and covering a lot of ground, you might look elsewhere. I could see the bow loosening the overall fit of the shoe being an issue if I was on my feet for 8 hours at a job or occasion where I was doing a lot of walking. Of course, you could periodically re-tie the bow I suppose. Just something to consider.

These shoes are so pretty and fit me really well. So glad I bought them.

Terrific design and great height heel. Half-size to small. Not quite Navy blue.

Too large, and it would cost $26 postage to return them. The colours are okay, though not as depicted - more red than pink.
