Unsafe! Output wired backwards and risks shock!
Unsafe! Do not buy this version and return it if you did! Outlets are wired backwards and are unsafe! The LIVE (right) wire on the cord is switched by the relays and then connects to the NEUTRAL (left) hole on the outlets. Also, this page claims, "this smart plug UL/FCC/ROHS certified" but it most certainly IS NOT. The label on the back has the FCC and RoHS logos, but does not list any FCCID or UL number at all.Do not buy this! If your house burns down and they find this in the wreckage they will deny your claim.

Power Strip And Cord Get VERY HOT
The instructions need work, however, I finally figured out how to work it. Fortunately, I only have one item plugged in at this time, because when all switches are on it gets VERY, VERY HOT. I made sure the power strip was sitting off the carpet and away from any fabric so it wouldn't catch fire. Hopefully. I don't run it when I'm gone. You have to turn off all of the switches when you first plug it in (including the USB ones), or they will stay on.There's also a blue light ring for the POWER button, which stays on whenever something is on. Personally, I can't sleep with any lights on, but it might be good as a night light for some.It took awhile to pair up with Alexa, and Alexa doesn't always recognize it.I do like that it has a long cord and that it doesn't take up all the socket space. With the product getting so hot, I'm too worried about a house fire to plug in more than one item at a time, defeating the purpose of a power strip with four plug-in switches. The intentions were there, but the product needs to be recalled and fixed.I'll stick with using WeMo or try another brand.

Dangerous
Came to my bedroom and smelled chemical burn odor. I went looking everywhere and could not locate the strong smell until I went smelling everywhere I had an electrical plug and eventually I found that this thing was the culprit. It was burning inside and was very hot. I unplugged it and decided to find my order and review it to warn others. I bought mine in 20019, so if that is your case and yours is about 2 years old be aware. I'm just thankful I was home, otherwise the story would have been different. Buy reputable brands!

Feels cheaply made, low power to the USB ports
This whole thing feels cheaply made and insubstantial. It connected to our Wi-Fi, then to Alexa easily enough, but the USB outlets have low power. When I plugged my tablet and phone into them, I'd get a warning that it was slow-charging, and that I should use the charger that came with the device. I quickly saw that watching videos with my tablet plugged in couldn't keep up with the power drain. So, I pulled out the power converters for my devices and plugged them into the regular plugs on the power strip. That, if course, negates the purpose of buying a power strip with USB ports in the first place.I won't buy this again.

Same app, different appearance
I'm using the Smart life app, not Alexa, so I cannot comment on Alexa integration. My only complaint is that for some reason, the user interface for this power strip looks different than the user face for my other power strip. Both are controlled by the same app, but they look different, and there's no way to change the appearance in the app. FWIW, I think this UI looks nicer than the other UI, but the other one is a little easier to use.EDIT: OK, this is weird. I bought a second "Yagala" power strip, as a replacement for a different brand that died. The User Interface on this second one looks like the first (dead) power strip, with the small round icons, not like the other Yagala. I have no idea why. They're identical externally. Hopefully these Yagala power strips last longer than that first one from a different brand. I'll report back if/when they fail. I purchased the first Yagala in April and the second one in July.

Pairing is very difficult
First- my model says 'Yagala' not 'Tekken'. There is no Jinvoo app for Android - you have to use the Smart Life. There is no 'all devices' with Smart Life - you have to pick one of the surge protectors (I've tried them all, and tried AP pairing with them all).Sometimes the blue light will stop blinking VERY quickly - just shuts off - while the count on the phone just keeps going (slowly).Maybe mine is broken. I have no choice but to return and try another. Very disappointed as this had the features I wanted at the price point....but trying to find support on pairing is impossible.

It's okay but don't use it for important things
I've had the Yagala version since 2019 and it's still doing fine. I got it to pair with Alexa,, Google Home and Smart Life. It did take longer than my other smart devices but I've never had to pair it again. Each outlet and the USB groups turn on/off fine. The power light is pretty annoying so I just put electrical tape over it. I can still tell if the strip is on/off since there are the lights over each plug and the power led reflects off the USB ports. My largest complaint is that the strip turns off when my wifi disconnects. Then I have to manually turn it on or do it through the app. So don't plug anything that needs to run 24/7 or things like 3d printers 'cuz it'll all turn off. I'm assuming that if yiu have your plug on a schedule, it won't do anything if the strip is off. When I charge my phone, I use a quick charge adapter plug. I don't use the USB ports except for random USB lights or other things I can leave charging all day. It's fine for me since I don't use it actively like a smart device but ummmm I won't get it again.-For $19 you can get one better
