This is a nice product, but I would advise against using the screws provided as one of the heads disintegrated and I'd just put the other in no problem with the same (correct) screwdriver.Check your toolbox and find alternatives !

Lovely good quality product. Very stylish. Will look very well when it's finally up!!

Top quality product and would recommend.Only quibble would be that the screws coming through from the back holding the hooks in place are never sunk in enough to be level with the surface - I.e. they stuck out a little which can make putting it level on a wall etc a bit awkward. Have bought 3 of these over time and same story with each one.

Yet to install it but how hard can that be so rating this 5 stars throughout as very well made and sturdy. I don't doubt it's going to be a quality finishing touch in my new bathroom with ceramic finials a perfect tie in.

First of all I have to say what a wonderful service from this seller......I ordered coat rack 17/7/13 & it arrived 9am 18/7/13 plus it was free delivery ....... even the delivery man from DPD was very pleasant & helpful (I have found that some delivery people can be rather grumpy & unhelpful at times especially Royal Mail). Product well packaged & looks good value for money. As I have not put the coat rack up yet, I cannot comment on its functionality but it does look well made & the ceramic tipped hooks add a touch of quality & will also help protect garments from 'hook humps'!
