Its inexpensive and snaps on easily. I think the description needs a little help though. This product is a 2 piece, rigid plastic case that snaps on. It has no screen protector like the Otterbox type product (but you don't want that anyway. dust gets under those and scratches the screen). The finish is simultaneously described as having a "rubberized texture" and that "This TEXTURED CASE is designed to glide in and out of pockets and purses with ease, while still providing a NON-SLIP function". Hogwash. It's either one or the other. It's either rubber and "grippy", or it's smooth and gliding in and out of your pocket. The latter is true. This case is no more non-slip than the basic phone housing. It has a hard surface with a satin finish that feels good in the hand, but its not non-slip by any means.But with that cleared up, this is a good inexpensive case that I recommend to others.

I wanted a cheap case for my Rugby Pro that left the screen and all buttons open for use. This product worked perfectly. I cut two vertical holes in the back using a rotary tool and use an elastic armband to strap this case (with phone inside) to my arm. The case holds solidly for hours of jogging, no fears about it coming apart and dropping my phone out. It is also easy to take apart and put back together, as I take my phone out after every run.The case is solid plastic and fairly thin, I thought it would crack or break after a single drop but it has actually held up quite well. I'm very impressed with its construction and durability given the very reasonable price. Even if you're not using this case for a modification like I did, I would recommend it as an inexpensive layer of protection for your phone. It is lightweight and fairly low profile, and I find it easy to grip.

This was one product that I feel is worth what we paid for it. Our son has used it for months with no issues other than taking it off and putting it back on being a little bit of a chore. He has dropped it several times (he is 12 years old) and it stood up. It is on a Samsung Galaxy Pro phone. It arrived on time and as described. To stand up to a 14 year old is worth 5 stars in itself. We purchased another hard case that was great as well for our 12 year old. Either of these cases are worth the money to us... I think the description on the other unit was "I547 Hard Case" if you are interested. Good Luck as kids are tough on phones.

It works good for my Samsung Rugby. It stays on and protects my phone. I have dropped my phone a few times on the concrete and only twice has the case popped off. I would gladly have the case pop off and have to put it back on that have my phone explode and watch the battery go one way, the back cover go the other way while I try to catch the bouncing pieces with my foot and end up stepping on the darn thing and cracking the screen. I've seen it happen but wont mention any names lol.The case isn't a hard plastic or made up of soft rubber. its kinda in between. Its not slick and will slide out of your pocket but its not sticky rubbery and you have to fight it to get it out of your pocket.

This case fit the samsung galaxy rugby very well. This is a very competent case for the price. The front and back pieces snap together and we've had no complaints about them coming apart. I purchased 3 of these for my delivery driver's phones because the abuse the phones. We have not had a single broken phone in 3 months, now if only they could find a way to protect against lost phones.

This case is just what I was expecting. A hard covering for my Rugby, and with large enough cut-outs for where the buttons, camera, microphones, or other access points are, allowing them to be easily utilized. It also has enough of the protective case "thickness" to help keep the phone's screen from getting inadvertently scratched when setting down on the screen side. I'm not saying the Full Coverage case is going to be military grade or anything that hardcore, but it suits what I wanted in a phone case for me, just a bit of extra protection for a reasonable cost.

Product arrive in a short amount of time. Already put through the "drop" test. The case did what is was design to do; preserve my phone! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that it came apart upon impact on the floor. Otherwise, for the money you can not beat it.Good job Empire!

The rugby pro is a rugged phone, still...I wanted additional protection. This case fits perfectly and allows full access to all buttons. Some reviews (across the internet) of the Rugby Pro mention a problem with the screen being flush to the phone which increases the potential for damage to the screen. This case eliminates that problem. With the case in place the screen is now recessed about 1/8". However, It does not impede interaction with the touchscreen. For the price it's hard to knock this product.
