Good quality
It's okay. I ended up buying different one that was better support for my neck pain. A friend of mine thought this one was great so I gave it to her. When you have neck pain you're never going to find a one-size-fits-all" pillow. The nice thing about Amazon is that you can try it and if it's not right for you you can send it back.

Great design for side and back sleeping. It is a little this for me. I would prefer it an inch or two thinner
