I ordered this for my 2 year old as she has started to be interested in garden bugs and generally looking at things in detail. The fact it has a light is a massive bonus as she’s also obsessed with her torch. I debated a while over whether to get her a child’s one or this one. I’m glad I went for this as it really magnifies properly. An adult would have no issues using it to see clearly but my daughter needs a bit of training on how far away from objects to put it! The handle is nice and chunky and very comfortable for an adult to hold. My daughter finds it a little big but she’s not had any issues holding it. It’s not too heavy either which I was initially worried about before ordering. We’ve had lots of fun so far and I’ve bought her a book of bugs so we can go into the garden and identify things. I would definitely recommend this magnifying glass.

There are two things that seem to happen as you get older :#1 your eyesight deteriorates and#2 The instructions for any new item you buy are printed in smaller and smaller type fonts.So I decided to get one of these inexpensive magnifiers and am very pleased with it. Nicely made with a solid but comfortable handle which holds 3 AAA batteries to provide extra illumination using the small but bright LED lights although in normal lighting I find I don't need to switch them on.The most important thing though is the lens itself and the main lens is a good size, clear optics and ideal for reading most things such as printed instructions as well as books magazines etc.There is also a smaller but much more powerful lens incorporated into the handle which you can use for the smaller fine detail, but for me the main lens is the one that I use most of the time.Feels sturdy but not heavy to hold and at a very reasonable priceVery pleased overall

I had a cheap one from lidl it was awful - image all wobbly. Glad to report this one in comparison is clear and decent so presumably glass is ground well. I would prefer if handle and glass surround was thinner. But overall happy.

I ordered this 3 weeks ago; I have left writing a review until I had used it several times. It is very easy to use and very lightweight. I purchased this magnifying glass to help with my art work and indeed it is very noticeable how much easier it is to do very detailed work. I am able to hold the magnifying glass with my left hand and draw/paint with my right. It is so lightweight that you are able to do this for hours at a time. I am amazed at the difference it has made, and I can honestly say it has taken my art work to a higher level. The fact that it has a light makes it even better, including in daylight.

The Chefic 3X 45X Magnifying Glass that I have just bought is absolutely wonderful. It is lightweight and very comfortable to hold and use. I mainly use it for reading and the three LED's give a bright light which illuminates the pages and along with the very clear magnification allows me to read very comfortably. I have over the last year or too bought other Magnifiers which I have for many reasons found wanting but this one is certainly the best so far. Thank you for such prompt delivery and I am very satisfied with your product and would recommend it to any one.

The most important thing about mail order purchases is that when they arrive, they should be properly assembled, they should work, and they should be reliable. There are few more infuriating experiences to wait a few days for some much desired item, only for it to arrive faulty in some way. Thios magnifying glass arrived with one of the battery terminals rattling about loose inside the battery compartment. I was unable to see how to fix it myself - perhaps it wasn't even the right one anyway, which may be why the assembly worker couldn't instal it, either.Chinese manufacturers, by and large, have not learned this lesson, or the importance of factory gate quality control. I have made this observation countless times during my 1,000 or so reviews - and here we go again. As usual, the packaging contained a slip of paper making the plea to get in touch with the seller in the case of dissatisfaction, who will "refund or send a replacement within 48 hours". We would rather not have to do that, and never do we want to have to go to the bother of sending something back. Especially if, like me, you are housebound in your old age. So I usually ignore these pleas, but in this case I responded to it; and lo ! And behold ! 4 DAYs later, no response. So much for promises.However, all was not lost; for TWELVE days later, I had a reply by email to say that a replacement had been sent.But on top of the manufacturing fault, I discovered that the tiny 2cm magnifier in the top of the handle produces an upside down image; not much use for reading fine print, then ! One has to assume that all the products with this small, 45x magnifier share this defect. Although the large 10x magnifier does a perfectly good job. Still, I paid for more than that..There is nothing to guarantee that competing products of the same specification will be any better; and at least this seller did respond to a complaint and sent a replacement, even though not as promtly as he originally guaranteed.

Contrary to the price, this product doesn’t look cheap at all. It’s well designed, well built, perfect weight, excellent grip, the magnification is clear and crisp, and the lighting is bright. Been using it for a week now during the day and at night, and am not disappointed at all. Truly satisfied with the purchase. The most satisfying feeling is that, I could see clearly and read comfortably with this magnifying glass and do not have to squint my eyes. Would definitely recommend.

This magnifier is a great asset to me as I often have to magnify small text. Occasionally, I also search in dark spaces. I don't claim to make sophisticated use of it, but I find it very useful.Joseph

The media could not be loaded. El plastico se ve de calidad y muy resistente.Pesa un poco, pero nada que no se pueda manejar con soltura.La.luz que dan los tres led es suficiente para su función.Funciona con tres pilas AAA,que la tienen que dar mucha autonomía.
