If there is magic in this world, this is it. This is the best that has ever been. Because of the exorbitant price I was only able to buy one gallon for my favorite needy neighbor and that stopped 99% of the leaks. It needed 2 gallons so I was only able to cover the worst spots. I knew about Kool Seal from using it on my own RV and knew about Kool Seal produces, in general, from choosing it to cover my mobile home years ago. It's still going strong plus the carport was never sealed to the mobile home itself and leaked at every rain until I used Cool Seal on the roof and sealed the leaks between it and the carport. There is nothing that works better than this. There is only second place. I would not buy anything else. It is worth the ridiculous price. One tip: You must use it all at once. They cannot make it this good and have it able to be resealed and used at some later time. That may or may not work. So do that at your own risk.

whoever setup the package for this item assumed that the postal service would take good care of the product. next time put proper cushion in the package to ensure it is protected from impact, a bag as shown in the picture provides zero protection. Also, it is not airtight sealed anymore so it will not last.
