Salty but good blend-in for all kinds of dishes
Lighter and healthier than the usual Alfredo or bechamel option. Some reviews stated it was salty: yes, that is true, BUT to me that means I cut salt when working with this sauce. When I make a veggie Lasagna, I don't salt the veggies. Recently grilled some Zucchini and baked it with this sauce and Marinara sauce plus Fiber Gourmet pasta and reduced fat mozzarella. Delicious! I also used the sauce to make a Croque Monsieur, using a little bit of this sauce instead of béchamel . You can really inject this sauce in many dishes while keeping you calorie intake low.

A thin sauce but tastes okay.
This was pretty good. It is a fairly thin sauce and a little too salty for me. However, my husband liked it and he is a picky eater.
