I bought these for my first batch of lip balm and they turned out perfect. The cap fits snugly, and the clear tube lets me know when I'm running out.Great little product.

As I get older my lips are perpetually dry and cracked. I hate store bought balm - way too much petroleum jelly feel; so I make my own with shea, beeswax and coconut oil and flavored oils and sometimes colors. I've been pouring it into old containers and decided to try using these Lip Balm Containers. So much better! I made a batch of peppermint last night and found these tubes so easy to use and well constructed. I'm going to melt down the base (you know, that 1/4 inch left in the tube) of 5 lipsticks tonight and pour them into one of these tubes to use. Thanks for a great product. I love the package of this product, make me smile! I love to do my own lip balms at home and tried other brands but I definetely stick with this one. They are easy to use and I love the tips they gave me after the purchase.
