Fantastic Military Style Time Instrument
This watch is great. I use it for casual and night out occasions, but make no mistake it has the ability to be paired with carefully matched formal wear. The quality of this instrument is top of the line. I own another AVI-8 and have been sold on the quality of this brand ever since. For those of you who don't know, these watches are designed by and manufactured by a British aircraft manufacturer. The precision of the watch is outstanding. It is easy to set the time and date on this piece. It comes in a small leather case with instructions for use as well. The detail on the watch face is intricate from the digits to the dates to the hands. The strap is Olive Drab leather and has a metal clasp closure. The face of the watch is large in terms of depth and diameter and makes a nice bold statement whether popping out from under a cuff or on a wrist framed by a tee shirt or rolled up sleeves. Very satisfied with this purchase.
