The product I received had a 'sample' sticker on the front and this is not stated anywhere in the description. While the box was sealed the tab had been pulled out of the battery. The product is working as intended but unsure how long the battery may last. Will update if it decides to run out soon.

Good tool, could be a tighter fit
This is a great idea and will give me peace of mind, but it's overly big in comparison to the lid that comes with the insulin pen and it's quite loose fitting, so could easily come off if left in a normal bag (rather than a diabetes kit bag), which would defeat the object.

GAME CHANGER
I originally ordered the top for the FlexTouch pen instead of the FlexPen. Upon realising my mistake I contacted Timesulin and they asked me to return the wrong top (free post) and duly posted to me the correct one. The service by Timesulin was extremely efficient. The top itself is working perfectly and has reduced my anxiety in knowing that I have injected as I have had a couple of senior moment lately. The Timesulin top is a game changer. Will be ordering a top for my BI shortly.

Brilliant invention. Easy to use. Can't praise it enough.
An absolutely brilliant invention. Well worth the money, easy to use and extremely helpful as my husband has vascular dementia, Alzheimer's, he's had strokes and has epilepsy as well as diabetes. He started setting his insulin pen up after he'd just used it so it was also confusing me as to whether he had or hadn't injected himself. No more worries with this. It's fantastic, I wouldn't be without it now. Well done to whoever invented this. I can't praise it enough.

Let down by loose locking
This could be an amazing product. The timing function is great, so very helpful for my son who has ADHD as well. However, massive lost starsmas the lid is very loose. It's ok if just on a shelf, but certainly wouldn't stay on if in a teenager's pocket or bag.If the lid comes off and you put it back on the timer restarts, thusmrendering it useless.If it was a lot firmer it would be 6 stars.
