The chair arrived quickly. My wife wanted a different color so I called before I purchased the chair. They were very accommodating. I received the color she wanted. It was easy to understand the instructions to charge the batteries and fold the chair. We took it with us yesterday to the mall. It was very easy for my wife to use and easy for me to take it out of the car and put it back.in the car.
