My children has allergy induced asthma. During allergy seasons if they are very congested I have them rinse their nose with it. I also use quercetin with bromelein supplements, Nordic children fish oil, and cut D 1000 iu for them. It’s help them get through the allergy seasons without little use of breathing treatment. I also got the stand, I rinse with maybe 1/8 th alcohol after each use to ensure it’s sterile for next use, then hang it upside down on the stand to dry. I do change it out every 3 month.
