Got this toilet to replace an old leaking one and to go with a new Toto washlet. Couldn't be more pleased with the toilet itself. We followed the instructions provided and used the template to drill and had no issues with the overall installation. The screw xx that came with the Toto had no lip on it though, so just fell through and free spun when we were trying to install. We ended up using some drywall screw pieces instead and they worked great. We also originally bought one of the new style of wax rings that lets you set the toilet multiple times, but that doesn't work with this one, you need a regular wax ring. After we worked out those little kinks things went smoothly.The toilet itself is actually pretty neat. The tornado flush system caught me off guard the first time we flushed it, but I can see where it definitely does it's part to help keep the toilet clean.It's a comfortable height and aesthetically pleasing. Very happy with it.

We bought this toilet from Lowe's and another seller, but I recommend getting it straight from Toto themselves. The first two came broken, but Toto packages the toilet extremely well and it came without a flaw. As for the toilet itself, it works great with the washlet so far.
