PretzSpray Natural Moisturizing Nasal Spray with Yerba Santa and Sea Salt, 0.68 Fluid Ounce

Love this spray.

I have a bleeding disorder so I never get small nose bleeds, they are usually severe enough to have to go to the ED. Anytime I would cough or blow my nose, which I have to because I have chronic sinusitis, the bleeding would start.On my most recent trip to the ED I was told to use saline spray every 2 hours to keep the packing moist. Well after the packing came out I continued to use saline spray every 2-3 hours. I ditched the chemical ladened one they gave me at the hospital and bought the Vicks Sinex moisturizing aloe one and this Pretz. I used the Pretz before bed and in the morning and Vicks for the rest of the day. I haven't had a bleed in weeks even when blowing my nose hard. Most times there's not even a speck of blood. I haven't experienced this in many years!I ran out of the Pretz and started to use a different brand (one with hyaluronic acid) with the Vicks and noticed a little more blood when blowing and one day just had a random bleed although it was pretty small and resolved itself. I used to use the Vicks alone and would get very small breakthrough bleeding but when I added Pretz there is none at all. Anyway I know now that the Pretz makes the difference. I just got my second bottle and will continue to use this combo only. I just wish the Pretz came in a bigger size so I could use it all day but I'm trying to conserve. Even doing that though there is a noticeable difference.If you suffer from nosebleeds from dryness and regular saline doesn't work for you like it doesn't for me try this. It makes a difference.

Referred by my nasal doctor to use Pretz. I like it but the bottles are too small. Hard to find a refillable size.

Love this nasal spray as it helps with moisturizing nasal passages and even with preventing dry raw throat. Love this spray and will continue to use it.

My husband likes this product; however, this last purchase was received in September but expires in October. We will no longer purchase this product here.

I used this product for a dry nose from a lack of humidity in my home during the winter season. The product worked as advertised, and I saw results within two weeks.

The best natural nasal spray I used so far. It helps, gives some remedies, and even makes my tinnitus bearable. It's not a magical thing and it's WAY overpriced, but I can recommend it.I wanted to order bigger packages, but the price is almost the same. This would be worth $2 in real since it lasts for like 5-7 days only.
