Poor instructions. While instructions that come with the product itself are extremely sparse and full of grammatical errors, there are at least instructions on the product page. However, I cannot find instructions on how to properly adjust the settings for different fabrics anywhere. The instructions state HOW to set to different modes, but nothing indicates which mode is for which fabric.Overall, the product is also cheap in appearance and, due to this and vague instructions, I am nervous to begin use in case it damages my clothing. After I do actually use it and see how well it does or does not work, I will come back and possibly edit my rating, either for the better or worse. However, the problems that I have already been able to see deserve two stars, if not only one.Edit 06/03/2018: After getting to use the product, I have increased my rating to three stars from two stars. While I was eventually able to begin to better understand the product through use, more clear, complete instructions are still vital in order to avoid damage to the product or clothing, as well as to avoid personal injury. Particularly, there are no instructions for how to remove the blade, which is extremely sharp, and I have already once had the blade pop out on me during cleaning. Getting the blade back in was also a difficult, dangerous task, where, if my hands had slipped at all, I could have cut myself.So, while these issues with the instructions still persist, overall, this shaver does work, although only on some things. For certain fabrics where the pilling is not large enough, the product does not allow for the blades to get close enough to these smaller pulls, rendering it useless. In cases where the pilling IS large enough, the process still takes a very long time to complete. The shaver is not highly maneuverable near seams either, but it is somewhat possible to shave off the pills near some seams.

This was a great investment. I won't dare complain about the price. I plan on buying another one because my mother has kidnapped mine.
