Never disappointed
These are my favorite. There are less ingredients in these than others and the flavor is always wonderful. Also, almost a dollar cheaper per box than my local grocery.

The package says "serves 4." Beware...
If you love pasta and/or European foods you'll probably like these gnocchis. I buy them in larger quantities so I always have them in the pantry. I find them to be extremely versatile, they fit to every kind of dish (pasta sauces, meat dishes, fish (with dill sauce)) and they can also be turned into a dish by itself.I really don't cook much, so these precooked gnocchis are a Godsent. Since they are precooked, one needs to cook them only for a few minutes, then the can be combined with various Italian or Indian sauces to make a quick meal. Also, in my home country (Austria) we fry them with eggs and fresh herbs as a delicious side dish. Or, I pick up some fish at the deli, prepare the gnocchis with dill sauce in a few minutes and it is a delicious meal.Of course, they don't taste quite like homemade, but among the precooked gnoccis these are about as good as they get.The package says "serves 4." Beware: If you invite children that won't be true. I know a few teeenagers who can eat the whole "4 servings" because they like them so much.5 stars and highly recommeended.Gisela Hausmann, author & blogger

Not bad for shelf stable, store bought gnocchi.
These were just fine, very serviceable, but nothing special gnocchi. Not like homemade or handmade, but nothing to weep and gnash teeth about either. Made mine with pesto, and finished the whole bowl. The pesto probably balanced out the taste difference that set some people off from shelf stable varieties. I was a bartender at an Italian restaurant for 3 years, their handmade gnocchi is my favorite to this day, and no, this was nothing like theirs. But I didn't expect it to be either.

I am not sure what "Gnocchi Lover" didn't like about these
OMG. GNOCCIH! I didn't buy this from Amazon but found it in a a store while traveling. I am not sure what "Gnocchi Lover" didn't like about these. I am on a medically-necessary gluten free diet and am always executed about new products. After boiling for 2 minutes, I drained them and put some home-made basil pesto sauce on top and they tasted fine with just the right texture. So there you have it; one 1-star review and one 5-star review. I guess you're mileage may vary...

DO NOT BUY
I love gnocchi. This stuff however, was so foul, that I couldn't force myself to get it down, which I promise you is EXTREMELY uncommon to hear about gnocchi. No amount of fresh homemade pesto, cheese, or pinenuts could mask the disgusting aftertaste the reminded me of something between cardboard and crayons. I wanted to throw up afterward for several hours because of the sickness in my stomach. PLEASE look into another brand or just make it yourself.
