AWESOME Vintage Washi Tape Designs
I've paid more than $5 per "fancy decorated clothespin" at boutiques and I absolutely love vintage/European/travel type designs. This Washi tape set is PERFECT and I can make as many fancy pins as I want to hang up all my travel items! The tape sticks very well on wooden clothespins (I press my nail across it a few times to make sure it sticks!) and I absolutely love all the designs in this set. My pins are a bit "skinny" and I do have to cut the tape horizontally too, but the tape is really forgiving and I even used "pieces" to create a patchwork type look on a couple of pins. Really great design, very happy with my purchase!

Recently we were on a cruise and this tape worked beautiful to accent Europe photos and outline the mini albums ...
I use Washi Tape on almost all of my card projects, what is special about this selection is the variety of tapes! Recently we were on a cruise and this tape worked beautiful to accent Europe photos and outline the mini albums that each couple received after our trip. There was plenty of Washi tape on each roll, it had a consistent adhesive when applied and maintained placement on each project. I can't wait to see what other patterns will be available! I love Washi Tape!

Adding beauty to my journals, letters and notes
I recently discovered bullet journaling and decided that it will become my perfect way to cascade down my personal vision, mission, goals, values, down to the monthly, weekly and daily routine in a very artistic way. Having watched youtube videos about bullet journaling, I found out the basic materials to go about it, including washi tapes. I confess I had to google what washi was about. I bought this Antique Bright set of 5 from Mikoka and I love how beautiful they are. I was so impressed when I saw them live, that I immediately went back to amazon and bought another set from Mikoka (Mode, 1.5" wide, with 3 rolls). They are lovely colors and prints. They were all consistent in beauty, texture and feel. I love them, and I am very happy I came across them.

Add something extra to a gift!
These five colorful little rolls are a nice change from clear tape. I use them when I wrap gifts in Kraft "brown bag" paper so the graphics really stand out, and I also cut a strip to add to the back of an envelope when sending a card in the mail- I tape it at an angle and it adds a decorative look to even just an envelope!

You will LOVE this Washi!
I have enjoyed using this washi tape. I love to use it, crafting. It is so nice to decorate the small tea lights, or cover pencils with it. it is easy to reposition, it has beautiful designs and I love to use it when sending postcards or fun mail. Some of my photos were seen by the company on a blog page and they asked permission to use them on their web page and I did give them permission to use them but for no compensation.

Very nice
Good quality masking tape, lovely designs in vibrant colors, thick rolls of tape. Very fast shipping (and on a Sunday, too!) You definitely get what you pay for and i have no regrets in my purchase. Will most likely buy more in the future from Mikoka as they fantastic service and are a trustworthy source for washi tape.

Evocative, but I expected more
I guess this is what it says it is, but for nearly $20, I was disappointed in the 5 very small rolls. Somehow I was expecting more. It is also darker than the picture shows. Now it feels so dear that I hesitate to use it. It will be for very special applications I guess. I like the vintage patterns on it, reminds me of traveling, stamp collecting, Paris, dogs and lots of good memories, I guess I just thought there would be more of it and it would be bigger and brighter somehow. It arrived in fine condition, so it's not the seller. I would love to know what this costs in Japan.

Adhesive is a bit weak for non-paper crafting.
If you are using this on non-paper surfaces, it's certainly okay, but the adhesive is WEAK. So for crafting with scrapbooks, fab, other things, you will need to smear modpodge or Elmer's across the final product OR tape over it with a regular masking tape. My two cents. I used it to create a vintage newsprint look around each of my computer screens. It's pretty but it won't stay adhered by itself, so I'm going to use masking tape over it, like a laminate.
