Works well to improve your game
Most people who look to buy this Tutor, play pickleball and know about this machine. I was familiar with the machine because the man who originally taught me how to play, used this machine in classes. There is a learning curve the first couple of times using the Tutor. For the most part the balls throw at about the same position each time with only some variation in height or side to side. The remote works perfect for stopping and starting and turning the oscillation on and off.If I had one complaint, it would be the height adjustment. For an additional cost of $150? you can get motorized height adjustment, which would solve the difficult to set height. I think for the cost, the height adjustment could be more precise and easier to consistently adjust to the same height.I used indoor Franklin blue balls in the machine and they worked with no issues. I have moved the machine to my basement for the winter and will practice blocking, resets and dinking. There are many videos from Simone Jardim on suggested drills with the Tutor. All in all, I am happy with the machine.
