BeapharCare+ Hamster Food 700g

As soon as I opened this bag the smell was so incredibly off-putting that I wasn’t surprised that neither of my hamsters even wanted to go near this stuff.I had been hoping it would be just a bag full of product similar to the green/yellow/orange blocks that you get in mixes like Harry Hamster but this stuff was just gross.Even recalling the smell is making me gag. Yuk.

We got our hamster the pets at home muesli type feed and then I read it can be too sugary so I got this one upon the blurb on the product and ok reviews , within two days our hamster was lethargic and not himself and one morning we woke to find bloody mushy poop in the corner of his house , he has never displayed such issues, so it has to be down to this new food , we immediately threw it out and will stick to the pets at home bag of feed , poor hamster 😔

This is now my go-to hamster food brand. I will never switch. It seems to have the best nutrition I can find for my hamster. He likes it and the bowl is always empty after I feed him so there is never any waste. More expensive than other brands, yes, but worthwhile because he actually eats every bit. The cheapo brands meant that he would always leave the little brown bits at the bottom of the bowl and I'd have to throw it out. I give him veggies as well as this food and it works out well. I highly recommend.

although this has a funny smell the hamsters love it.my hamster wouldnt eat the normal mixed food but every bit of this disapeers.costs a little more but worth every penny

Dwarf Hamster is very picky about this food. and it's a low second best to Burges Complete which he loves.
