This cup is great! Even if you are drinking coffee at the kitchen table, you feel like you are in the bush. It totally will put you in the right mood. The hand carving is right on, it feels good when you pick it up. Sitting by a campfire, sipping from it puts you in the right frame of mind. I wouldn't trade mind for twice the value. Some things are good for your body, some are good for your spirit. This cup is good for both.

Feels a little machine made...
Has a non-handmade feel to it. As some have commented, whatever, they're using to seal or waterproof the cup has a slight chemically smell to it. If you really want one of these for effect I would say it's alright for what it is. You may want to search out craft fairs to see if you can find one that may be more authentic.

This is an awesome piece of bric a brac
This is an awesome piece of bric a brac. We use it in the shower to for herbal mix to pour after shower. Beautiful looking (and I know we are just talking about a cup - but it really is nice). Just the right size and very smooth. Just bought a second one.

Lips don't freeze to WOOD!
Outstanding product! Enough material left for me to customize by sanding, carving, burning and sealing the exterior. It was very nice to begin with however I am one of those fix-it if-isn't- broke kinda guys. Item was also packed well and arrived on time.

Bottom cracked first time I used it.
The wood in the bottom of the cup cracked and buckled upon the first use. This was a disappointing father's day gift and it will not be going on my next trip into the bush. I guess I need to get back on sharpening those whittling skills. It still looks nice, for the most part.

Four Stars
Was heavier than anticipated for hiking but very well made of quality wood.

Very disappointed in product
I bought 2 of these cups a little over a year ago. One cup is ok,the other cup has leaked since first use. I thought that might be normal, I put some mineral oil in it hoping it would seal the wood and stop the leaking. Made no difference it still leaks. Very disappointed for the money that I spent on these
