Replacement Headlight Assembly GCVSV03-A4 with Signal Driving Light Chrome Housing Amber Reflector Clear Lens compatible with Silverado 1500 HD 2500 HD Avalanche 2003-2007 Passenger & Driver Side

When I received them , I was very impressed with their appearance. I removed all four lights from my truck , then I started on the drivers side replacing them. I had replaced both of those lights and the running light on the passenger then I started on the headlight assembly on the passenger side. I tried to install the lamps and one of them WOULD NOT go into the hole. I took the assembly out of the truck again, put it on a work bench and tried again to install the bulbs. I could NOT get them both in. I removed the ring that the locking tabs go into to see if something was hanging up on it , but the lamp still would not go into the hole. I had to order a second set so that I could get my truck going again. When I received the second set, I took out the only light I needed, installed the lamps and finished the job. I just returned the second set. There seems to be some quality control issues .

Headlights fit great on my 2006 Silverado 2500. Just received them June 18th, 2020. No modifications needed to install, didn’t have to drill the pin holes out or anything like the others said. Can’t speak for the watertightness yet but will update if they leak. I bought sealant before I installed but I inspected them and they look sealed pretty well so I didn’t re seal them, installed just as they came. So far a great product and looks great!One tiny issue I did have was the LED Headlight bulbs Did not fit very snug in the light, just used a little paper to shim it so the ears on the light Bulb would Grab the light better. All other bulbs were perfect. Tiny issue but thought I’d add it.

My old light assemblies were so weathered I couldn't clean them up at all. I searched on Amazon and found these front light assemblies. I replaced the old ones, and the difference was amazing. Now when I'm driving at night, I can actually see where I'm going. I thought I took before and after photos but can't access them.

These were bought to replace a different aftermarket set that leaked badly, and ruined my bulbs. These housings took 3 weeks to arrive, however they are stellar compared to the leaking set. They also include the rubber o-rings for the headlight sockets, a huge bonus not included with the other set. Maybe they aren’t perfect but for the price it’s a sore Dick deal.

Look good, but fiction horribly. It doesn't seem to throw the light on the road well. Much of the light is in the ditch or other lane to the left. I have adjusted. Changed bulbs and all. I knew them being tinted would hurt the headlight brightness but this is a different issue. I have two 06 silverados. Both have the same bulbs and my other truck that has a different brand from Amazon work 20x better. Waste of 90 bucks!

Service from Amazon and seller was excellent. Had a defect in the first order, item was replaced immediately. Install was easy , fit like originals. Look great, and has increased light output. When emailed, seller was quick to respond and assured me if I had any future problems they would be handled. Happy with purchase.

These headlights look really good. Headlight assembly is super easy to install on the Silverados. Had our first heavy rain and the headlights held up great. No leaks or condensation through rain and even several washes. Only buy these if you don't have to drive at night. They spill light in every direction making them absolutely useless. At first I though it was the LED bulbs that I bought, but even with bright halogen bulbs the assembly is useless. I really love them. But if they don't function I can't give them a good review.

Assemblies look like factory. The high beam bulbs fit like they should. The low beam bulbs would not fit at all. My truck was disabled so I don't have time to return these or I would have. I ended up taking sand paper and opening up the hole about .035 in order to get the lamps to seat. After I did that everything went together fine. A lot of work for something that should have fit out of the box.

These housings fit right into place on my 2004 Silverado. No alterations or adjustments needed. I installed with brand new high and low beam Silverstar Ultra bulbs and the beam pattern is excellent! Both Low and High Beams are on point and I am incredibly happy with this product.

Seems to fairly good for the value. For my 06 Avalanche, I had to drill out the holes with a 1/4" bit in order to get the pin to fit for the headlights, not too bad. Hopefully they will stand up over time.

very easy to install, the turn signals have very tight clips unlike other aftermarket headlights which are rather loose. They also appear to have decent quality/build. Will need to see on a rainy day if these headlights are sealed. Also did not need to adjust the headlights, and look absolutely KILLER on my Silverado SS that I have been restoring. What a way to refresh the front end on the cat eyes.

Fits like a glove, and does exactly what you paid for.Look great, eazy to align, and kick but visibility with my new leds, I put in them for a premium up grade.

Headlights look nicer than oem with 300,000 miles. Thats the only positive. They feel like cheap light junk, fit like crap, shake like crazy and the worst part is the adjustment is horrible out of the box. If you try to adjust yourself it breaks instantly. Save your money for something better or buy some cheap ones from somonone else these ones are JUNK!
