The AICOOK is superb! Fast, frothy and flavorful! If you have not tried coffee from an espresso machine, you have not tried coffee. I cannot say enough good things about the AICOOK espresso machine. If you have a Keurig-trust me-that's like drinking lightly flavored water compared to the AICOOK which gives absolute flavor. The automatic frother is the creme da la creme of steamed milk! And wonder of wonders- it froths International Delight Creme! Oh Happy Day! I add 1/3 portion milk and 2/3 International Delight Creme- it is wonderful! I do clean all parts once a day as I plan on keeping the machine for awhile- and even THAT is easy and automatic-it offers the option of taking it apart to soak and clean the traditional way. You make my morning...and some afternoons AICOOK! If you don't behave an espresso machine-AICOOK is the one to buy-and that is from someone who has tried coffee in over 60 Countries!

Wanted an espresso machine, but too many to choose from!Read reviews of a number of machines, got more confused.Decided, the reviews were better with the AICOOK coffeemaker.Got it a few days ago, followed start up directions, then decided to make a cup.The espresso was great, had two cups. Now its time for a cappuccino, later a Latte.Easy to use, compact, and didn't find it noisy like some reviews suggested.Plus the two year warranty is a bonus!

Returned it. The machine is preset for the amount of coffee it dispenses. The preset amount is too low. The milk container has to be removed and placed in the refrigerator if all the milk is not used. The container is difficult to remove and fragile. The overall construction quality is poor. I opted for a more expensive but much sturdier machine.

I really wanted to love this. It is beautifully laid out. Was easy to set up and use. I tried every day. Sometimes it worked, even though the milk did not get hot enough- lukewarm - then it didn’t get hot at all- that’s about the time I gave up. Then a few times the COLD milk ran all over the place- the portion control did not stop the milk from running empty in the milk container. I think I just got a lemon. I really want to reorder it again- but I’ll wait a while. It is a very nice machine and exactly what I needed.

I like how compact and small it is- perfect for space-saving living! I'm normally very clueless when it comes to using household appliances but this machine is very user-friendly and I could make myself a perfect cup of latte right after the first trial! Introduced it to my roommates and they love it too!

I just receive my machine and cleaned it thoroughly, make sure you flush the machine by making 6 or more cappuccino double shots with distilled water (no coffee, just water to flush out chemicals). When I first primed this machine, a lot of chemical came out of the machine, it took like 6 different runs for the distilled water to run clear (make sure you only use distilled water to keep the innards free from mineral buildup).One thing I can't figure out is: When I make a double-shot the first few seconds the espresso comes out dark black, then it runs blonde like all the coffee was extracted. I read an answer to a question by the seller, they warned to use "medium" grind, I will try this next.For me this machine was economical as the closest machine to this level was 300+ at costco, I will continue to use this and update my review later.

At first there was a faint chemical smell, but it disappeared after washing with water on double cappuccino mode. Now we enjoy our coffee!

This was the 2nd one that came with technical issues. I couldn't keep them. They need to improve because the concept is excellent.
