Stopped working after 3 days
It stopped working after 3 days. Amazon says it has 2 years warranty but their is no official service support from the company and amazon doesn't take any responsibility to get it repaired. Stop making fool of customers.

As advertised, which is not always true about shredding machines

Not as effective as advertised
Bought it because I have a lot of old documents I need to shred.The shredder do not take 12 sheets as advertised. The container filled up very quickly. Whenever I turn off the shredder, it would go into the reverse mode and some of the shredded papers got sucked back up the shredder and jammed up the shredder and I had to clean the shredder before it works again.
