Great produce
This is a great product that lasts for months and save money and hard work from adding to or replacing your mulch. I sent a picture of my much being half sprayed with Colorback that shows how great it adds color and refreshes your mulch look. I have been using for a few years now and I love it. Just use a pump sprayer, I prefer a back pack prayer for fast work to a larger area.

No More Back Breaking Work
We average 75-100 bags of mulch every other year and off years about 30 to cover areas animals dig up or wind blows. We used the liquid red concentrate for coverage on our existing mulch and it looks great...looks like we put down new mulch. My husband found he had to use his heavy duty sprayer to get the coverage needed, but it was so much less back breaking work loading, unloading and spreading mulch...and we are in our 70s. I'll try to remember to come back to this post in 3-6 months and update you on color...let you know if it stays. Good luck!

Works but a bit messy
This concentrate is a better deal than just buying the gallon stain sprays, which is around 20 bucks per gallon, especially after this concentrate went on sale for less than 40 bucks. My biggest complaint with this is that it doesn’t include a measuring cup for mixing the concentrate with water, which is 4 ounces per gallon. Then you just mix it and spray. For the most part, this is just a natural wood stain for mulch. The most important part is to make sure you have a completely dry day as this needs about 6 hours or so to completely dry and set into the mulch. The stain works but can be a bit messy to apply and you have to watch for overspray, just like any stain or paint. In addition, you may have to apply more than one coat to get deep rich color, so depending on the area you are doing, you may need several gallon mixes. This won’t hide your bare spots where you need more mulch very well but it does work at staining the mulch and bringing back its color. It is a bit easier than mulching year after year, especially if you have plenty of old mulch still left.4 stars

Very Messy and Clogged Sprayer
This product will change the color of your mulch, but don’t expect it to look like the product that was already colored in bags. It’s a very light color compared to the bagged mulch plus this product is very messy and it will clog up your sprayer as well. No matter what you do you are going to deal with the clog issue, I’m going to use what I have left by applying it in a garden watering container and not going to purchase it again. I’ll pay the price and get the ready to use bag mulch. I don’t believe the cost savings was worth the price and effort.

Worth the money. Works well.
Just be careful.... as this can get a bit messy. Apply in early spring before all the planting pop up. Worked very well though... and lasted throughout the summer. Will buy again.

Brilliant!
This was so good, we're in the process of selling our house we have 2.5 acres and a lot of mulch, however it had lost it's color and to buy new to replace it was $950, for $40 we managed to color they whole yard!!! A huge job crossed off the todo list! Wish everything was as easy......big thumbs up!
