After 20 years of mountain biking, still my favorite pedal.
Each set of atac pedals I get last about ten years of trail riding (about 30 miles a week). The ease of unclipping and the low profile of the cleats are great. Can easily ride with normal shoes. What more could you ask out of a pedal system?

So hard to clip into
Did one ride with these and it was so hard to clip in. I ended up riding unclipped for most of the ride. I have been riding for several years and tried all sort of pedals but these were def not good.

Plastic need I say more
Do not stay tight and because of the plastic they are made out of the cleats slide all over the place. Very poor design.

Great Stability
Put them on a gravel bike. Pedals are a little bigger so lots of stability. There are times I will clip out (if I am coming into some loose gravel) and the wider platform allows me to still pedal hard but to be able to have one free foot if I start to go down.

el tipo de calas que utilizan no te condicionan puedes caminar y en el tipo de ciclismo que practico es muy importante por otro lado tanto el enganche como la suelta son optimos por lo tanto son los ideales, no necesito unas calas de competiciòn.
