A great compliment book to the first volume
Phenomenal book. Kevin is definitely the expert to learn from. This book beautifully expands on the first volume. Been practicing JKD 14 years. I am an instructor. And have already learned tons of information that I needed. JKD is a process of research, experiment, create. This book fits all of the criteria.

Highly recommended!
As a student and instructor of martial arts for over fifty years and an Associate Instructor in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do I commend kevin Seaman on his excellent second volume on Bruce Lee's art and philosophy. Not just s "how to punch kick book," but a guide to the reader discovering their OWN truth. And not just applicable to martial arts but also to problem solving and living one's life. One of the best if not the best martial arts book I have read. Highly recommended.

A JKD Reference That Won't Gather Dust
Sifu Kevin Seaman has done it again with Jun Fan Gun Fu: Seeking the path of Jeet Kune Do 2. Like the first volume, Sifu Kevin presents a cornucopia of techniques, concepts and drills, which will be useful to practitioners of all martial arts disciplines.I purchased this book directly from the author and have an inscribed and signed copy. I’ve been fortunate to attend seminars by and with Sifu Kevin, and with some instructors teaching under him. Although I’ve been practicing martial arts nearly 30 years, I’m just beginning to walk the JKD path. I feel Sifu Kevin’s books are incredible travel guides for anyone’s journey into the art, science, and philosophy espoused by the incomparable Bruce Lee.Although you can’t learn from a book alone, you can use this text, along with the first volume, to increase your knowledge, and guide your journey. This book can be used as a mnemonic for those who have been initiated. If you’ve had training in JKD, Sifu Kevin’s books can be used as a memory aid (I’m sure his books are much more organized than your notebook) where you can grab a technique, principle or drill, allowing you to work what you already know, getting expert coaching from the text as you do.For those who go to seminars or have a teacher, you’ll be able to pull out things you’d like to work on and ask about the material, or to ask them to demonstrate. You can’t hunt down information that you don’t know exists. The book can be used as an introduction to the principles of JKD, lighting a fire within you, pushing you to seek qualified instruction. And finally, for those who study fighting systems, and other styles of martial arts, you’ll be able to pull out drills and concepts that you can work into your respective martial art’s structure, enhancing your training. This second volume not only builds on the physical foundations of the first, with topics like advanced footwork, defensive structure, and physical development, but also expounds on the principles, psychology, and philosophy of the well-rounded fighter and martial artist.Sifu Kevin Seaman’s Jun Fan Gun Fu: Seeking the Path of Jeet Kune Do 2 is a worthy sequel to the first volume, a compressive reference guide, and highly recommended for all fighters and martial artists. You’ll find it a welcome addition to your martial arts library, and a working reference that won’t gather dust.

Sifu Kevin does not disappoint. The book is chock full of photos
I was excited to purchase this book from the author personally at a seminar in Syracuse NY, recently. I even got it signed! Having bought and read the first volume in the series years ago, I was looking forward to reading more of my teacher's insights of many years of experience in his newest book. Sifu Kevin does not disappoint. The book is chock full of photos, and knowledge. Of particular note is the important sections on mental training and preparation in the martial arts. This aspect of of training is often overlooked, but Sifu Kevin covers it well here. The trapping section, too, is very clear and helpful. I highly recommend this second contribution to understanding Jeet Kune Do, by one of its masters.

A must have for all martial artists
Whether you are new to Jun Fan Gung fu, been practicing it for years, or even teaching it, this book is a must have in your martial arts library. Vol. 1 is amazing and this follow up book is even more so. Sifu Kevin Seaman's knowledge & experience is so vast and he has once again succeeded in sharing his insight with the rest of the world. Do yourself a favor & pick up either, or both, of these books. If you truly want to have a better understanding of Jun Fan Gung Fu and seek your path to Jeet Kune Do then Sifu Kevin's books are a must.Carlos CastroJKD / Kali Instructor

This book is a must have addition to your martial arts library.
With Jun Fan Gung Fu: Seeking the Path of Jeet Kune Do, Sifu Kevin Seaman distilled the basics of Bruce Lee’s art into a comprehensive progression. It is virtually a text book for achieving your own expression of Jeet Kune Do. Volume two maintains that high degree of quality and know how that only comes from years of training in a martial art. Sifu Kevin makes complex skills easier to understand in this next volume. If you are a martial arts practitioner these books are a must to your library. You will continue to discover insight from them as your level increases. If you are just beginning the martial arts, I can’t think of a better set of books to start your journey with. Happy training!Sifu Tom MooreJun Fan/JKD Instructor
