Great book for women And Men
Fat Loss For Women And Men - Burn Fat and Lose Weight Permanentely: Burn Fat Like Magic - For Beginners Absolutely the best book on how to transform your life by educating your brain how to eat! Most of what is in this book is common sense to me, but it was good to have all organized in one book. I gave it to several of my friends and most of them shed fat and kept it off! You need this!

This book is very easy to read and apply for just about anyone looking to make healthy changes leading to long term fat loss. I am a professional health and fitness coach and what Spencer lays out in this book are proven steps very similar to what myself and my colleagues use.Highly recommended!!

I love this book
The data gave on these pages, just as the proposal it accumulated, are worth definitely in excess of five stars and I would believe this book to be an extraordinary deal at double the cost. Keep up the fantastic work. . I was truly dumbfounded by seeing what number of basic proposals gathered in such a short book. This is a groundbreaking book and I profoundly prescribe it to the individual genuine about changing their way of life and getting kicking butt and taking names.

Loved it!
If you want a safe and effective way to lose that excess baggage, this book is for you. I haven't incorporated the exercise plan yet, as I have experienced some adrenal issues the last several years and have been sticking with walking an hour a day and yoga, but I'm sure that when I do, I will increase my weekly weight loss.I love this plan! Everything is based on science, and the food is just delicious!

Awesome book
Like it. Those are my two favorite splits. Obviously they are barbell- based as that's what I feel is most effective given only 9 days to get somebody into better shape. The cheap, basic stuff works just fine and the more expensive "bells and whistles" in the other versions don't do anything but inflate the price tag. Highly recommend this book. By the way, enjoyed this book.

Amazing book
Great book. Its really great. I have a vest and I have been wearing that for roughly 9-12 months and I have noticed a difference in my abdomen area. I play tennis and had both pieces on. Omg I had to take the pants off. It was just too hot. So I started thinking. If I sweat this much am I really losing weight other than water weight. Highly recommend this book. Thanks!

Such a great book for Fat Loss For Women. It shows you step by step on how you can be successful with your diet.All of the Weight Lose are healthy and tasty. I liked this book and would recommend it to anyone who needs such type of information.
