Mic quality is extremely poor
This item is extremely poor quality. My son used it for two days and as much as he loved it, The mic quality is absolutely garbage. Day two of him using it the mic broke and was not able to be put back together. I had previously left a review and was asked to take it down for a partial refund however I never received the partial refund and I’m now putting my review back up. Do not waste your money on this item plenty of other karaoke machines with better customer service and quality!

FRAUDULENT description. No quality assurance; breaks apart.
FRAUD! Description says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and Quality Assurance, but the microphone jack dislodged into base after a handful of gentle uses(!). Quality was inferior to Singing Machine but we liked portability. Manufacturer said Amazon would refund but they don’t after 30 days DESPITE “quality assurance” guarantee!! $40 recyclable!!! Very disappointing.

The Worst!
This thing comes with no instructions. It only works when plugged in. It mentions an FM radio, where is it? The buttons on it do nothing!I bought it for my 3 year old granddaughter just to find it is unusable. I wanted to give it a "0" star rating, but this app won't let me

A great fun gift
This by far was one of the best gifts I gave for Christmas. My kids adore it! Easy to use and charge. They’ve carried it everywhere. The only drawback is the microphone doesn’t fit inside so there’s not a storage option for it. But that doesn’t take away from the fun. I’d definitely buy this again

Terrible Toy
The only good thing I can say about this toy is it's cute. Two adults couldn't figure out how to make it work. It came with no instructions and even though the buttons on front are marked, you can't read them. There's no way of knowing if you're on AM or FM and no visual telling you what channel you're on. It appeared the toy had been purchased and returned as the cords were not wrapped as they would be if new. Very disappointed in this purchase. Don't waste your time or money on this product.

Good toy poor quality
My mom bought this for my son it worked pretty good & he loved it but as soon as he started to really enjoy it the piece on the machine to plug the charger into it fell out. I bought another one recently because he liked it so much but this isn’t a toy that will last long.
