Disney Mix Stick MP3 Player - Pirates of The Caribbean

Works great and Love it. I have and IPOD 5th Gen and I cant use it anymore cause ITUNES has updated. So I no new songs can go on my player. I am Obsessed with Disney so I bought "Disney Mix Stick and the AWESOME part is I can make my own Flash Drive and put my music on it too.

Although it was a beautiful product and was delivered on time. It was basically useless because it only ran on the windows 10 program. And unlike 9 or 11 has a $40 charge for the download.

We have made a lot of orders with Amazon over the years, the only time we ever returned anything was because it was the wrong size, until now. We bought this MP3 player in March for our child's birthday that wasn't until July. By the time we realized we had a defective product, it was too late to return it. We charged it fully, it played 1 song & then died. We couldn't recharge it again, it would not hold a charge. So we figured it was a one time thing, it was not. We place the order for the second, identical MP3 player, I was able to charge it fully last night & show my child that it would actually play a couple of songs - my child woke up this morning, went to use this MP3 player & couldn't. The battery charge was completely gone, the unit wouldn't even turn on and using the USB port in the computer and one that we use that plugs into an outlet, it wouldn't begin charging at all. So we are returning this second unit, completely dissatisfied. We had purchased another similar MP3 player for his twin sister & have had no issues whatsoever. Do not waste your time & money on this MP3 unit - you will be disappointed, we sure were. I am extremely unhappy.

I bought it for my grandson's birthday . He likes it very much! It is much easier for him to use and better than downloading songs and cheaper!

Battery was dead(no good/will not charge) out of the package. These were manufactured long ago by digital blue, who no longer honors the warranty on them. I looked all over online and all of the good reviews are from 5+ years ago. I will be taking my sons broken Easter present to a battery store tomorrow to see if they can fix it.

This is a great company to buy from. My kids & I love disney mix stix. This one arrived in great condition and earlier than expected like the others.
