I've never used the cup in the microwave, but I've been using the bowl in the microwave for over a year and it's fine. So, I think the cup would be fine as well.

the included cup contains 210ml, (Kupilka 21), but there is also a Kupilka 37 with 370ml. You can just fill it in Amazon search.
