This is my 4th pair of FitKicks! I love these. I wear them EVERYWHERE!!!I'm a special education teacher and am on my feet all day, plus chasing students--and I mean truly running after them down the hallways. With my other shoes, I've always been more comfortable kicking my shoes off before chasing after the kiddos, but I have no problem in these. There's no slipping and I get enough traction that I'm comfortable running in the halls or even wet grass when I need.The best part about these shoes is that I love hiking in them. They are so comfortable and I can walk on any surface without issues. Just last week I went hiking with my goddaughter and she had her hiking boots on and I had my FitKicks on. It was raining with mud puddles galore. My feet were wet, but so were hers, plus her socks. I don't wear socks with my FitKicks. We walked on sharp rocks, slippery rocks, tree roots, through puddles and mud. I love that these work as water shoes as well. They got muddy, but when done walking I found a big puddle and rinsed them a little to get most of the mud off. Changed into my spare pair in the car so my feet were dry and was set to go! My goddaughter had wet feet the rest of the day...her shoes took a long time to dry. When I got back I hosed off the mud better and left my shoes to dry again. She laughed the whole time we were hiking because I had my "ballet" shoes on hiking, but I ended up being the one most comfortable. No blisters or sores from wet feet!They are my go to shoe. The only time I wont wear them is when it is freezing out, but then I just bring a pair to trade off when I get where I am going so I don't have to wear my boots any longer. :)As for durability. For a $20-$25 shoe, they've lasted longer than shoes that I've spent $50 or more on! My first pair I bought lasted me a little over 6 months of EVERYDAY wear until I snagged the right shoe on a screw on a students stander, without that screw I would probably still be wearing them. My second pair has been going strong for 2 months and that's with hiking, mud, and ending up in the river a weekly thing. (When you have dogs...)

I bought these for walking around the house and yoga.- They are slightly bigger than my feet, about ½”. I was (still am but not as much) really disappointed by this. I went by the sizing in the drop down menu that says “Medium/7-8” and completely missed the description bullet that says “For Best Fit Measure Bottom of Foot: Small (9"), Medium (9.50"), Large (9.75"), X-Large (10").” I have no idea how I missed it but I did. All posted sizing information should be consistent so customers doesn’t get the wrong size.- Despite the size difference, they are form fitting, a comfortable form fitting, like wearing new socks. They don’t prevent circulation around my ankles. I have skinny feet and ankles. This might be a problem for people with thicker feet/ankles.- The soles are thick so there is a padded feel when walking in them.For now, I seem to like them despite the size problem. I use them while doing yoga and I haven’t had any problems with them. I am hopeful they don’t stretch over time.

I ordered FitKicks Women's "Lush Life" Active Footwear in large in October 2016. Assuming I received them the same month, I have been using them for about 29 months. I'm retiring them today. I have been wearing them two to three times a week in a heated indoor pool for probably less than an hour each time. I wore them in the shower after the pool, so they got rinsed of chlorine a bit, and I would then wear them going out to the parking lot and while driving home. I list all this to emphasize that I did not wear them daily. I wore them as pool shoes.Traction - 5 stars - Excellent traction. Literally, the only time I accidentally left them at home, I was barefoot and slipped in the pool on the stairs. I received a delightfully colorful bruise.Durability - 5 stars - There are no rips or tears, but by now the shoes are obviously worn. The insoles show no wear. The soles are ever so slightly scuffed down. The elastic is still in really good shape.Looks - 5 stars - I got compliments and "Where did you get those?" questions at least every other week at the pool or the locker room. The colors are still very pretty and vibrant except for the part that covers the toes, the Reinforced Toe guard. It did its job, but it is the only part of the FitKicks that faded.Fit - 5 stars - They never slipped off accidentally in the pool or elsewhere. They are very light weight.My only negative comment is that they have very, very thin soles, so stepping on a pebble is not fun. I would never wear them all day on a rocky trail or even sidewalks. They are perfect for a pool, a sandy beach, or a short dirt trail. There is no arch support, but I wouldn't expect any in a pool shoe. The insole was starting to separate from the shoe. Some water proof glue would solve that, but it wasn't bothersome to me yet.Large Size Measurements:- The black sole from heel to toe: 9.75 inches.- The black sole at the widest point at the ball of the foot: 3.75 inches.

I bought these for the beach and wore them every day for a week both in and out of the water. Protected my feet from the hot sand and from all the sharp shells and stones. They don't flip/flop when wet as some water shoes do because they conform to your foot and there is no foot bed lining to separate. I also wore them every day on pavement to walk back to our house which is about 8 blocks from the beach. Again protected my feet from the heat and rough pavement. They held up well, no problems. No arch support, but I wasn't expecting any. They aren't meant to replace your sneakers! I expect to wear them to the pool, around the house and for travel as slippers. Would be great for public showers (gym) too!

People were raving about these on one of the Facebook barefoot groups so I had to try a pair. I'm a size 4 with wide flat feet so I ordered the medium (37/38), they are super comfy but slightly too big so I used this as an excuse to buy a second pair in a size small. Both are comfortable and I wear them all day long with no problem. My partner hates them and said he won't be seen with me in them.. Guess what I'm wearing every single day?! 😂 Delivery was fast and the shoes really are well made and I think they will last. The sole is thick enough to stop stones sticking in your feet and nice and grippy. Super flexible and stretchy so great for wide or narrow fit. Highly recommended.

I bought 3 pairs of these! They are super comfortable, perfect to wear at the beach, for Yoga, to teach gym in, drive in, and the best part is, you can wash them I. The washing machine!!!! I took a pair to disney with me in Florida, absolutely PERFECT for this type of holiday. They were light and airy and when the afternoon storms hit, I could just carry on wearing them without changing them for any other shoe.

Excellent swimming shoes. Not so good as slippers as 1) they get wet around the edges if you go outside when ground is wet 2) not very breathable fabric and they start to smell after a few days - although they can be washed quite easily.

Very comfortable and great value for money, will be buying more.

I love these shoes. Size is great and very comfortable. Haven't worn them out in town but I think they will be okay for short trips out. Would recommend.
