Jocko Mölk Whey Protein Powder (Strawberry)

I’m going to copy and paste the same thing I said about the chocolate powder. I’ve only had these two flavors, and am pleased enough by them that I’m good on trying the others, for now at least. Here’s what I wrote in regards to the chocolate. The same is definitely applicable to the strawberry.I haven’t used protein powder in years. It’s simply hard to find a good product anymore from trusted sources. I started drinking MÖLK last month, as I was also getting back into strength training, after being away from the weights for a number of years due to an injury.The way I like to make it is by cracking two eggs with a good scoop (sometimes close to two scoops) , and shaking it with an ice cube or two. Most of the time I use water, but sometimes I use milk. The blender ball that goes in my blender bottle is missing, but it’s still highly absolvable, with good consistency and a taste that I was impressed by. It doesn’t clump up like literally every single other powder I’ve ever used. Now, I’ve only gotten the chocolate and strawberry, and haven’t tried any of the other flavors. So I can’t speak for those. However, I’m on my second shipment of both of those flavors and don’t plan on switching it up because I’m fully satisfied with the product.I weighed roughly 182 pounds when I began strength training and using the product, and have gained close to 12 lbs already. I keep a gluten free and mostly ketogenic diet, so gaining weight has been hard for me. That’s the main difference I’ve noticed in regards to results, as other protein blends have caused me to bloat in the past.It tastes wonderful, and the proof is in the pudding. The ingredients in this don’t interfere w my diet and have attributed to my muscle gains. My only concern is whether or not having it more than once or twice a day isn’t recommended. I like to have my first one in the morning after my first workout, and then a while after dinner before bed as a treat. Please don’t change this product. It’s perfect just the way it is.

I work outside. Lifting and cardio happen several hours a day for seven days a week. I noticed that fatigue was starting to become permanent and my muscle growth had stagnated. Enter, Mölk. I heard about it on Jocko's podcast, and decided to give it a try.I ordered the strawberry, and it's so dang good. Best protein powder I've ever had. Muscle growth is back. And fatigue is slightly improved. (I may still add an additional post workout drink made specifically for recovery). But overall, the mölk has improved my muscle growth, tone and decreased some of the soreness that I was experiencing on the day to day.Note: It does not dissolve super well without violent use of a shaker bottle or a blender. However, I am not actually that bothered. I'd pretty much eat it straight if I had to. Taste is 100/100. Highly recommend.

Flavor is really good

I really look forward to having my Molk after a workout. It really is protein disguised as dessert. Even better that it has no sugar, and I don't get the awful chemical taste/aftertaste that every other sweetener gives me. The strawberry, as lots have said, doesn't have a strong strawberry flavor. And it definitely tastes sweeter than the chocolate. I remedy this by pulverizing freeze-dried strawberries in the blender and mixing them with the powder, problem solved! Just needed a break from chocolate, and none of the other flavors appeal to me. Easy to digest, no gas or other issues (!). I tried mixing it with coconut milk but it definitely has less flavor, even though Jocko said it's legit. I'll stick with milk from now on.

I love Jocko protein powders. My favorite is the Vanilla but the Strawberry blends so nicely with fresh fruit. The flavor could be a little stronger but I love that it's not overly sweetened and doesn't leave an aftertaste. I like the quality of the ingredients and the product is always consistent.

I was already a fan of the strawberry and vanilla flavor of Jocko Molk.....and was a bit skeptical of trying the Banana Cream one....even though I like frozen bananas in smoothies, etc - a protein powder banana flavor scared me a bit....and it's a big tub and not cheap....but I decided to give it a try! IT IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE! Thank goodness I tried! So good, it feels like dessert (but not super sweet!) ....today I mixed blueberries in...wow that was good! Anyway...if Banana Cream scares you too (well you have to like bananas right!) give it a try - you will not regret it!

This was an amazing product and I’m glad that I bought it. I always hear him talk about it on the podcasts, and finally I caved and said well it must be pretty good if they talk about it this much. I’ve had hundreds of types of proteins over the last 11 years and the only ones that I could find that I enjoyed were packed full of preservatives and chemicals and dyes, so I went “oh well I guess I’m just supposed to have horrible tasting protein if I want to substitute protein in a healthy manner.” This is a healthy protein and taste great…. It almost seems too good to be true lol…. Also for people that don’t like whey protein because it can have inflammatory effects I highly recommend sun warrior's protein. It’s mixed with Hemp and MCT. It’s a complete protein and not bad tasting, but nothing compares to this in taste in my opinion.

Bought a strawberry, but actually vanilla inside!This is funny.

My first protein powder in about 10 years and I could not have picked a better one. The flavour is exactly as described and even my 24, 22 and 20 year old children said it's whey( get it!) better than the one they use. Love it!
