Fantastic
I really like this pump, it was easy to install and it worked perfectly last week when we had a rain. I pray it will continue to work. I installed it in my basement.

Easy and cost allows for “why not try it?”
In 10 years I have had 2 submerged pumps. With the water in my area they just couldn’t last. Lasting only a few years, honestly the 1st one was here when I moved in. I decided against everyone else’s opinion that I go with another underwater type. The one I have in my primary home was pedestal, it’s worked for me without failing for the past 6 years. So, when I had to replace the pump in a rental house I decided on pedestal. The man who installed it was doubtful but gave it 5 thumbs up for easy installation. I have no doubt it will give me better service than the underwater version. Plumber don’t recommend them, I don’t understand why not.

WOW! This thing is amazing!
When I received this sump pump & saw how small it was I was skeptical. But I noted the motor was heavy. I had a basement in a rental dwelling that was flooded with sewage & water. My handyman did fashion an extra wire cage around it because of large debris. I had also bought the large piping. When he turned the pump on, I was amazed! It drained about 3' of water from a 400 sq. ft. area in about 3 hrs. It ran the whole time & the motor never even got hot. After we prepare the basement, my handyman is going to permanently install it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Pat Rabourn
