MP3 player is not compatible with laptop, Windows 7 or 8!
My laptop with Microsoft 8 does not recognize this device. So, I tried to download songs on it with my husband's laptop with Microsoft 7 and it still does not recognize the device on it either. The instruction sheet says it is compatible with Microsoft 7, but I tried several times following the instructions and it will not work. It states not recognizable device or malfunction. I'm not happy, I just wasted money on something I cannot use.The supplier contacted me quickly and offered to give me credit for the device since it will not work with my laptop or USB cable. I am happy with their response and resolution.

Excellent sound quality, great value from a wonderful company.After a few months the audio jack began cutting out. I sent an email to the company asking if there was a warranty. They apologized and sent me a new one, no charge!This player is so easy to load music, compared to a $120 16gb iPod and very simple to use.

Good customer support
Had to return it. Battery life was just over an hour. No good to me.Update, good customer service. I will be giving them another try

It is nice but the directions are not very clear
It is nice but the directions are not very clear. My husband is having a hard time figuring out how to download and listen to it on this device and I don't know enough to help
