I purchased the Hurtle Electric Folding Treadmill (Model HURTRD18) in April 2020 because I could no longer go to my local YMCA to exercise due to COVID. Delivery was relatively quick considering the pandemic and slow delivery. This treadmill has been a lifesaver for me at home. My husband and I set it up in about an hour (neither of us has mechanical abilities) but it was not hard to set up. I have very limited space in my garage where I exercise so the small size of this treadmill has been perfect for me. The fact that it automatically folds up when not in use is perfect! I was skeptical of the size at first and was sure it would only work for a limited time. I use it 3-4 times a week and it has really worked out and here we are in 2021 and I've had no problems. Keep in mind this is a compact treadmill and I use it only for walking. You can run on it but I feel it is not sturdy enough to run fast (wobbles a lot). My husband uses it from time to time but he says it is not wide enough for him. I love this machine and hope it continues to work for years to come. It has helped me with my fitness and my sanity during COVID.

It is a wonderful well built piece of machinery. It is very sturdy and functional. it runs seamlessly. very quiet, and I love the cup holders I can use one of them for my cellphone while walking. Love this treadmill.

I am begging you to spare yourself the torture of ordering this treadmill. Please. I ordered one and it arrived and part of the assembly is attaching the control panel to the support bars. I put things together myself often with no trouble. When I tried to attach them, the control panel is a good 2-3 inches wider on each side than the handlebars. Bending them that far out would be impossible without snapping them.I reached out to support who took a week to get back to me; it took about 15 minutes to even figure out who to contact, with a flyer in the package referencing “Serene Life”, the handbook mentioning “Pyle”, and the name rand being Hurtle. With each interaction I had to reexplain the issue from square one, was constantly asked for a “product number” that was not listed in the handbook, and was given elementary solutions such as “position it differently”.Frustrated I just returned it and reordered. This is now 11 days into this nightmare. Thought it was over when the new one arrived today so imagine my shock when it had the same exact issue with the control and handlebars (it is not just me—- other reviews reference this problem as well with pictures showing the massive gap between the two connection points), completely different assembly pieces, and had some screws jammed in so tightly that they became stripped when I tried to get them out.There is also no Bluetooth connectivity, so I don’t know why they are blatantly lying in their product description, but that should’ve been my first indication of what I was dealing with here.What an absolute nightmare this has been. Returning this and never looking back. As I said, PLEASE spare yourself and find another treadmill.

3rd UPDATE:Because I was having so many issues with the product they upgraded me to a different machine for free. From the other positive reviews it seems I jut have bad luck, but they're customer service is STELLAR. Especially Shiena, she rocks and has helped me throughout the whole process. Would still purchase from this seller even after having issues because they're so good with customer service. Hoping this new treadmill does the trick!2nd UPDATE:Ran on it for 2 minutes and the belt shifted 3 inches off of the running area, burnt, and I cant get it back in the center. Contacting support again. It seems that their quality control is not very good as my replacement was missing a screw (luckily I had one that fit and it wasn't an important screw).UPDATEThe support team was incredibly helpful and got back to me in less than 24 hours. They sent me a new one and offered additional rebate for my trouble. Wonderful customer service! Would 100% purchase again!OriginalI am not sure if I received the incorrect parts or not but the top does not fit onto the bottom like it is supposed to, it is off by several inches. I have contacted support in every way and will amend the review if they are able to correct the issue but for an expensive item I am currently extremely disappointed. With gyms shut down and it being 100+ degrees in my state I was looking forward to being able to run again.

Great little treadmill. I’ve had this a little over a month and it is perfect for what I need. I live in a 1 bedroom condo and it really doesn’t take up that much space. I have it in the living room next to the couch so I can walk/jog while watching tv. It’s pretty narrow and fairly light but surprisingly sturdy and can get going pretty fast. There is in minimal incline and it’s manual, but for someone like me who is just trying to move more and get healthy this is perfect. Another feature I wasn’t expecting but love is the slow way it comes down from being in the folded position. I had a similar treadmill that I hated that would just slam down. I have kitties so it’s a nice security feature if you have animals or little kids. A little peace of mind a treadmill won’t randomly or easily smash them. All in all I would highly recommend for fast walk and jogging. The preset programs are pretty legit so that makes it easy. I’ll update once I can run and let you know if it’s good for that.

We did a lot of looking for the perfect treadmill and I have to say that I am very happy with this unit. It's perfect for a small space, not noisy at all, has all the bells and whistles that I wanted, and I love having the ability to walk inside since I can't go to the gym right now (covid). I'm in Ohio and you can't walk outside 80 percent of the year either. (Why do I live here? LOL) Anyway. We've been using it for 2 months now and Its super! It was easy as heck to put together and lightweight. Item was exactly as described. Thanks.

This treadmill is so much better than I thought it would be. It is compact and takes up hardly any space. The preset programs are perfect but you can also set your own program and I like the fact that it also has the manual incline. The LCD window is great and displays the functions perfectly and I like that it has the built in hand grip sensors. It also has a built in book / magazine tray which I use to hold my 8" tablet. I have downloaded scenic treadmill apps onto my tablet and watch those while I am doing my workout. I highly recommend this treadmill to anyone looking to purchase one.

i thought I would wait a few month before I did my review as I wanted to ensure that the the Hurtle Electric Folding Treadmill Exercise Machine was sturdy and reliable.I am happy to say that I love this machine. It is compact and easy to assemble, and easy to use. Not a lot of bells and whistles as it give you what you needs. From Pre-set to manual work outs it's everything that someone starting out or needs to accompany a regular routine. Love that is is compact and easy to use. I love it.
