I bought this for a donation. The size is nice but the texture is weird and just a few pieces of writing paper. Not a good value for the money. I could have found a nicer journal for much less. It doesn’t look pretty like in picture which is what initially sold me.

Very stylish and convenient for firstimers. My 10 year old loves it because she struggles with anger issues and writing has always been her way to release her frustration. This was PERFECT!

Bought this as a birthday present for a six year old. She loved it, but unsurprisingly lost one of the keys already. Thankfully it comes with two keys. I put the second one on a bracelet to help prevent it from getting lost. That's not the fault of the manufacturer. I knew the keys were likely to be misplaced.

It’s Great for what it is. It has the standard tiny cheap like with two keys to make them feel great about locking it. The front that’s like scales you can actually move them one way and the other and The unicorn disappears so it’s just silver, she loves that. It’s really great for my seven-year-old’s first diary.

I bought two of these for my twin girls to use as part of their daily writing exercises. The locks didn’t last long at all but luckily that isn’t important to them. They love the sequin and unicorn on the cover. So far the quality seems durable. Overall a good buy.

Definitely NOT worth the price. I can buy a similar notebook in the dollar store if the lock is like this. Can’t put it back together. This is only worth a few dollars, not $18.99
