Yes. It fit my full sized Stoeger with an optic, so it should fit the compact version

Q: Can you use a weapon light with this holster?

the universal holster does not work for pistols with light

Q: Will this fit gen 3 glock 19 with red sot and suppressor height sights ?

Arex Delta 2 fits with supresor height sights and a red dot. The Arex is a bit slimmer but your Glock should fit it.

Q: Can this fit a glock 27 with a tlr-4 laser/light attachment?

If the laser is in the guide rod yes, but not lights or laser mounts will work with this holster.
