We wanted a unique, beautiful holder for two cutome made bracelets we bought for our dauter-in-law's college graduation. I found this last minute, quickly personalized and ordered. While tracking it to make sure it would get here in time, I noticed that I was in such a rush, I misspelled her name! Big oops!! According to tracking info it appeared to be ready to ship. Great for getting here just in time, but horrible if her name was wrong. I called the company and explained my situation. They were extremely nice and understanding. Not only did they redo the box with correct spelling, they also shipped it right away and got it to me in time for graduation night. All at no extra cost. The box came out beautifully and daughter-in-law loves it!!We will definitely be purchasing from this company again!

It was well packaged. However, it was sent to the wrong address. I took the package and put it in a bigger box to ensure it arrives to the proper address, my goddaughter's house. It looks nice and I'm sure she will appreciate it. The engraving was very bright and well done. The hinges on the glass are a little fragile and needs to be handled with care. Cute little glass box.

This is the cutest thing. It’s very fancy looking, but also super cute. I feel like it really was not worth $50, maybe $35 max, but I didn’t have many options. It shipped the night I ordered it, and came the next day. So within 24 hours it got to my house. It’s good quality, and has metal lining. I included pictures to show the size because there isn’t any!

Not impressed that I have to bend the legs just so it will stand straight. It’s a gift for a friends graduation that’s in 2 days, If I break it trying to straighten the legs I do not have enough time to order another or send for a replacement.
